The BSA Club of NSW is a group of approximately
60 people young,
old and middle aged from all walks of life who share a common interest
in the BSA marque
The club was formed in its current incarnation
in1978 as a means
of providing technical and social exchange so that valuable knowledge
and skills could be shared with future generations of BSA enthusiasts.
Membership is open to anyone - whether you own a
BSA or not.
We cater for all motorcycle enthusiasts who have an interest in the
motorbikes produced by the Birmingham Small Arms company.
Our main focus is the post-war models, where our members have
a wealth of experience
We cater for members' interests through a range of events, including
as well as supporting activities such as Classic Racing Toy Runs Blood Runs
The club is based in Sydney, with an active branch in the
South Coast / Shoalhaven / Illawarra region.
Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at
the Markets Club,Visitors are always welcome
The club produces a newsletter (the BSA Banter) for members
We maintain a library of service sheets, parts
books and
period road tests in photocopy and microfiche formats.
We are currently engaged in a project to scan this material into an on-line version.
The club has vintage motorcycle plates available to members under the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority's Vintage vehicle conditional registration scheme. Members' BSAs over 30 years old are eligible.
