1969 Rocket III - LHS

1954 Golden Flash

This is a 1 owner bike, recently restored

"1973" Lightning - LHS

This is actually a genuine paint job.

Photo taken at Oran Park Raceway - late 70s, before our club member bought it.

This bike was for sale at Ryan's in 1977 as old stock with less than 10 miles on odometer.

"1973" Lightning RHS

A number of unsold 1971 and 1972 bikes were sent to Australia and sold as 1973 models.

The respray was either done by the factory or (more likely) the Australian distributer..

1963 Super Rocket - drive side

Another superb restoration by the owner of the Rocket III

1971 5 speed Rocket III

My next project - when it gets here.

Note both previous owners vouch for the frame colour being correct - not all 1971 models had grey frames.
